Birth of the flavored cheese in Iran
In 2007, Hochland GmbH, a German cheesemaker with 90 years of experience, decided to enter the Middle East market.
Their final decision was to set up their Middle Eastern production in Iran and after months of assessment on Iranian dairy producers, the Hochland Persien Joint Venture was created.
